We currently have a Human Resources Business Associate vacancy within our professional and friendly HR Operational team.
The HR Operational team support and advise employees and managers across the hospital on HR policies and procedures and general Terms and Conditions of Employment. This is a busy and vibrant team who receive lots of requests for support and advice. At the present time, due to Covid-19, most requests are by telephone or Microsoft Teams, so you will need to be confident answering telephones, using IT systems and passionate about helping people.
The successful candidate will support an HR Business Partner, and work closely with other HR Business Associates within the team. Duties will include supporting employee relations meetings, building good working relationships with Trade Union representatives, analysing and interpreting sickness data, organising meetings, filing and general administrative duties.
Good communication skills are essential for this role.
You will receive on the job training and on-going support to develop in your career in HR.
Full time hours of 37.5 per week (part time and job share considered).
